Shipping Frozen Dulci Berry & Dulci Seasonings

Dulci Berry-Miracle Fruit and Dulci Seasonings are shipped with freshness in mind. We recommend shipping time not to exceed 2 days from the time it leaves the farm. We recommend FedEx 2nd day, however other shipping options are available. Please Contact Us with your request if you do not see your shipping preference.

If Dulci Seasonings are ordered with Dulci Berries, we'll use the same shipping box, which translates in shipping savings for our customers.

When ordering keep in mind the following guidelines:

We ship Monday through Wednesday FedEx 2nd Day, to arrive on or before Friday.
For orders received before 1:00 PM on Thursday to be delivered on Friday; the customer has to select either FedEx Priority or Standard overnight. Otherwise the order will be shipped the following Monday unless there is a holiday after Monday not allowing the product to arrive in two days.. If FedEx 2nd day was selected and the customer wants them by Saturday, please let us know in the order or send us an email to info@miraclefruitman.com. A $24.00 Saturday delivery charge will apply.
For orders received before 1:00 PM on Friday to be delivered on Saturday; the customer has to select FedEx Priority Overnight and a Saturday delivery charge of $24.00 will apply.
For our international customers, we ship FedEx International Priority, guaranteed delivery within 2-3 business days, unless your package is held by Customs. Learn more about International Shipping Information.

You will receive a confirmation email from FedEx with the tracking number. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a second email. If for any reason you do not receive your emails within 2 business days, or your product doesn't arrive when expected, please Contact Us Track Your Order on our website.

We normally send the packages "Signature Not Required". If you need signature required, please notate your wish in the Order Notes area of the Shopping Cart.

Saturday Deliveries

Saturday deliveries will incur an additional $24.00 shipping charge.

Fruit Is Perishable!

Upon receipt, please freeze the fruit immediately. Dulci Berry Miracle Fruit can be kept frozen for up to 1 month from the date you receive the product.

Shipping Dulci Trickers, Dulci Gum, Dulci Trits, and Dulci Lolly Pops

These products don't need to be frozen like Dulci Berry Miracle Fruit; we send them with gel packs to conserve their freshness. You can either select FedEx or USPS.
