Returns

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns or refunds due to issues like:

• Product didn't work.
• The food taste was not altered.
• The effect was not long enough.
• Product not received by recipient after it has been shipped.
• Change of mind after the order has been shipped without previous written order cancellation.
• The Dulci Seasoning didn't taste good.
• Nobody was at my house or place of business when the product arrived and it was left outside without adequate refrigeration so the product spoiled.
• The Company will not be liable for product sent to the wrong address because information was not entered correctly by the customer. Please check your address information before submitting your order.
• International customers - check with your local authorities for any duties, taxes or permits required before placing the order. No refunds are provided due to these issues.

Dulci Berry Miracle FruitTM or any of the Dulci presentations are natural products in which the glycoprotein is always present. If it doesn't work properly, it is NOT because of the fruit but rather its misuse or mishandling. Please check our How To Use Dulci Berry topics and other pages throughout our site if you are unsure how to use the product.

Due to the low shelf life of our products we don't encourage people to send them back. We recommend disposing of them.
